Week 19!

Our last week in the teens!

Some things at Thrive are settling into lovely rhythms. It is with such pride that I watch folks make healthy movement a part of their weekly routines. I love to watch the subtle changes and progress week after week. I love to watch the kinship and supportive relationships that are developing.

Some things, however, are changing in larger ways. We dream big here at Thrive and those dreams are slowly becoming reality.

Ah, growth. Sometimes beautiful and effortless. Sometimes full of strength and struggle. Always good, though. Always.

We are thrilled to report that our apparel is made in the USA and screen printed with Melinda's original artwork right here in NH. 

We couldn't be prouder. 

And yes, we're working hard to find additional sizes for the tops and capri leggings! Bear with us - we're finicky... 

Next up: new classes launched with week, and kids classes will be starting the 1st week of June! 

Yesterday we had our first simultaneous classes with yoga upstairs and barre downstairs. 

In all honesty, taking on the additional space was scary for us - but we knew in our hearts it was the right thing to do.  And it is so thrilling and rewarding to watch the space come alive.

Finally, next month - in addition to our monthly Restorative Yoga Workshop (Sunday June 7th at 1pm) we're offering our first Reiki Level 1 Workshop! (Sunday June 7th 3pm-8pm).

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that is used worldwide to heal physical, emotional and spiritual ailments.  During the workshop participants will be trained to treat themselves and their loved ones with just the touch of a hand. 

As a Reiki practitioner for nearly 15 years now, I can attest to the effectiveness and I am so thrilled to have a space where I can now share this wonderful technique with others. 

Big changes, small changes. Exciting changes, scary changes. Change is everywhere it seems right now and we are thrilled to be a part of it. We hope you'll continue to grow and change right along with us. We couldn't do it without you!
